I photograph families in Luxembourg — at your home, outdoors, or in my home studio.
I’m a psychologist by education, and that’s still how I work. I know that a three-year-old won’t sit still on command, that parents worry about looking awkward, and that the best moments happen when everyone forgets the camera is there. So I don’t ask you to pose. I let your family be itself, and I catch the real things: the way your daughter grabs your hand, the face your son makes when he’s about to laugh.
I moved to Luxembourg from Ukraine, and I know what it means to build a life in a new country — and how much it matters to have something to send home, something to hang on the wall, something your children will look at in twenty years.
Over the past years I’ve photographed families, newborns, and portraits across Luxembourg. My work has been shown in exhibitions and online publications, but honestly, the message I love most is the one that comes a week later: “we cried looking at these.”
